Summertime

I think I am so ready for summer break. I say think because it always seems like a few weeks into it I need a break from the kids! But right now I am SSSOOOOO ready for no homework and no alarms, I will still set my alarm, and I will still get up early most days. But, not having to wake up the kids, being able to go to the beach and do fun summertime things sounds so wonderful right now. I am ready to get out in the sun and also sit in my AC house and not have to go anywhere.

We always try to go to the beach a couple times. We make s'mores (even if it's inside in the oven), we've been camping, and last year we got passes to a water park. It was a lot of fun, and not too expensive. Seriously, my kids are already wanting to plan a beach day in their first week off. Their last day of school is June 12th. So I am not sure exactly what day but possibly that Friday.

I'll write about this subject again in a few weeks and let you know whether I'm going crazy or not! :)
