Moving Day 1
So moving has been the longest process ever. Not all good, but not all bad. Unfortunately it started off bad. But it got better. The weekend we decided to move out of our California RV park it decided to rain the way Cali hasn't seen rain in a very long time. We wanted to start packing things up on Thursday, but it literally rained for about 14 hours straight. Not a little sprinkle rain or drizzling, but downpour rain. So, doing anything that day was out.
Friday came and we started packing things up. The problem was everything was so muddy. It was awful. But we got some done. Then we went to my mother-in-laws and dropped my husbands car off, since that is where we would be staying until we left the following Tuesday.
Saturday was the day to actually move out of the park. We unhooked everything, filled up several trash cans, and off we went. The 45 min drive down to mom's. The first step in our BIG move had begun. Let me tell you how much stuff shifted and fell. Actually I don't have the time to write that much and you wouldn't want to read it. But I forgot to lock down the medicine cabinet, so you can imagine what happened there. Clothes fell and so much more. But other than that we made it to our destination.
The rest is going to be told later...
