SuMmEr FuN!

Well summer is flying by. I feel like before I know it the kids will be back in school. This week is Jr. Camp with church. So, 2 boys left today for camp. Today through Friday morning they will be romping around, playing games, eating junk food, and having a good time with friends. I have the oldest one at home, and the youngest is with his bestie. This week for them (the little 6 year old's) is cross-fit kids camp. An hour in the morning they get to do their "workout" and they love it.

I have enjoyed our summer so far. We FINALLY got to the beach last Thursday (the 22nd). It was burning hot at home that day, like over 100. But down at the beach, the sun never came out and it was 70 and chilly. But it was fun and relaxing. The older boys took their surf boards and couldn't get enough of the water. The younger 3 dug and made sand formations. They got in the water, but not as much as the bigger ones. It was seriously cold. We had went to some tide pools first. We seen tons of crabs. From babies to bug daddy ones :) We also seen some other cool "water animals". I can't wait to get back.

So what I really need to do right now is laundry and clean. This week is kind of crazy, so I need to stay on top of everything. I cannot believe that 4th of July is right around the corner. I love 4th of July, but it means the year is flying by much too fast. Christmas will be here before we know it!!! I am NOT ready for that.
