Customer Service
So, lately I feel like I have been on the phone with a lot of different companies. Whether I am calling to lower a bill or just calling a company about a product, the whole call comes down to the customer service. It doesn't matter if they give you an answer you don't like, you can take it better if the people are not rude about it.
I think customer service is so important. Because of the experience you have on the phone is the face of the company to you. If you have a rude customer service rep on the phone, especially more than once with the same company, that sets the stage for your thoughts with that company. There are places I will not go or will not call because of how rude they are. It's been over multiple situations, not just one time. But the same is true when I have a great customer service experience. It makes me want to tell everyone to use them.
So, customer service is something that we at LockStrong feel is so important. We try to go above and beyond to help you out, within reason. We try to work with your schedule as much as possible. If we do not offer the service you are looking for, we will refer you to someone who does. We try to refer you to someone we would you and that we trust. In this business you can make friends even with your competition. So there are a few other locksmiths that offer services we do not and that we feel are trustworthy and competitive in pricing.
