Worry and Stress
What does worry and stress get us? Only bad comes from it actually. It causes mental, emotional and even physical problems. It can cause many health problems. It gets us no where. Nothing good comes from it. So why do we constantly worry and fret? I have no idea and I am guilty of this.
I get bad headaches, can't sleep at night, stomach pains and more. It makes no sense to me. I know I shouldn't worry and stress, but sometimes I'm dong it without thinking. When I realize it I make a conscious decision to stop. I think about the positive and what I have to be thankful for. That usually helps. I get myself refocused.
